Al-Qur’an is the key of the progress of human being

Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RAA) is reported to have said that the Prophet (pbuh) once said, Allah through this book (Qur’an) has honoured many nations and blessed them and they were raised to the heights of progress simply because they followed it. Many were destroyed because they did not follow it.

The significance of the Qur’an:
The significance and importance of the Qur’an is evident and therefore its publication and spread among the people is very essential as the life and existence of a nation depends on the following of the Qur’an. Hazrat Usman bin Affan has reported the Prophet (pbuh) has as saying that those among you are the best and superior who have read the Qur’an and taught it.
The publication of the Qur’an:
The Prophet (pbuh) of Allah has ordered the publication and spread of the Qur’an among the people. A companion of the Prophet (pbuh) Ubaida Maleki, has quoted the Prophet, who said: “Rely on the Qur’an and read it day and night as it deserves. Publish the Qur’an and recite it aloud and search for the depths in its meanings so that you can reach the utmost benefit that is within”.
Successful depends on follow up of the Qur’an:
There is no doubt that, holy Qur’an was a guide for the Prophet (pbuh) himself. Therefore, if we hold fast, it means if we follow its teachings and guidance as the Prophet (pbuh) did during his time, then we will also be guided as he was and we will be successful InshaAllah.
