Editorial
Dear subscribers
Assalamu alaikum. Hope the issue of your favourite magazine the ‘Youth Wave’ will find you in good psychological health. The world is growingly stuffed with mentally ill people. We think these mentally ill people are a product of some capitalist slogans though the world has benefited partly from these axioms. ‘Sky is the limit’— is one of these so-called slogans. It is wrongly applied in every sector of life and thus is inviting danger for the world and for humanity. One who is partly corrupt, is trying heart and soul to be a meteorically rich person through corruption. One who is a sportsperson, is found hell-bent to bag more and more trophies even at the cost of health and morality. Similarly, politicians are amassing wealth as they are inspired by the slogan, ‘sky is the limit’.
But one should know ‘sky is the limit’ is wrong, be it in good job or bad deeds. Human capacity has
a limit. One can’t do whatever one likes. That’s why, the honourable High Court of Bangladesh, in a court proceeding, has posed a question to particularly S.Alam group but the rich people of the country in general. It asked: How much wealth does one need in one life? This is our argument in favour of picking up the universal issue. We expect you will like the article and give us your feedback.
Hope to return to you next month with another pro-people issue as the cover story.
