Hope you are doing well keeping yourself safe from common diseases like allergy, gastric or fever which recurs in dry season like winter. Season changes from summer to winter and the change the invites some common diseases which can be easily prevented. Proper diets, right drinks and a little caution can counteract the impending danger of change in season. As we believe in diet cures more than doctors, so we are running a cover story on three diseases, three medicines and three diets. Hope the story will create awareness about common three diseases.
We have our own habits be it good or bad. Some good habits yield some good results while diametrically some bad habits invite some dangers. So is the case with food habits with some liking convenience foods including candy; soft drinks, juices and milk; nuts, fruits and vegetables in fresh or preserved states; processed meats and cheeses; and soups and pasta dishes. The types of convenience foods end up inflicting some disease. If you change them for sour or bitter one for some time you can be safe from many diseases.
