Dear Readers
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu. Season’s greetings for you and hope you are keeping well by the grace of Allah subhanu wa ta’ala who has created the world and the creatures including the human. And Allah knows about the diversity of diets spread across the agricultural areas, staple food of those areas and the diets of the people living on those soil. Communities of certain agricultural areas grow food primarily for consumption and for export sometimes. All the agricultural areas don’t grow all the food all the time they need. So sometimes farmers of one area have to buy from the farmers of other areas. In this way, export-import of crops and change in diets take place across the planet. In the wake of rising number of debates on diets during the spread of coronavirus or other non-communicable diseases, people are focusing on healthy diets. Probably some of you are searching the internet or consulting doctors of getting a healthy diet prioritizing those which are rich in anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal components already so that you can stay slim and actively fight against some common diseases. So we covered it as lead story. Hope you will like the story and benefit from reading the article because everyone needs to stay safe and fit in the world, shaking off obesity, diabetes etc. And watch out over 55,000 diseases or harmful things — a list made by International Classification of Diseases under the World Health Organisation— which cause pangs and sufferings to humanity or even kill it.
Wish to return to you next month.
