Let peace prevail on war-torn world -Md Mahmudur Rahman
We wake up imagining a bright sky and the laughter of friends, but for many children in Palestine, the sky is full of smoke and the sounds of sirens fill their ears. We see children running from explosions, holding their little brothers and sisters close, and hiding in places where they hope no one can find them. We feel their fear, their sorrow, but also their bravery. Even when their homes are broken, they share smiles, help each other, and hold onto hope like a tiny flame in the dark.
We hear about Iran, where the threat of war hangs over people’s heads. Powerful nations like Israel and the United States are attacking innocent civilians and children, and we can sense the tension even from far away. We think about the children there, who go to school but feel the worry in the air, who try to play but know that danger might be coming. We realize that war touches everyone, especially the smallest and weakest. It takes away playgrounds, friends, and the simple joy of being a kid.
But we also see courage everywhere. We see children drawing pictures of skies filled with kites instead of smoke. We see them writing messages of hope, sharing tiny acts of kindness, and imagining a world where no one is scared. We feel their hearts beating with the wish for peace, and we understand that even small voices can make a difference.
We know that every child wants to laugh, sleep safely, and live in a world where the sun shines on playgrounds instead of rubble. We can imagine meeting children from other lands, holding hands, playing together, and learning about each other without walls or fear. We can dream together of a world where laughter replaces the sounds of bombs, where heroes help instead of hurt, and where kindness is stronger than any weapon.
We want the war to end worldwide. We want the world to become a shadow of peace. We want children everywhere to run under open skies, to play in sunlit fields, and to dream big dreams without fear. We know that our voices matter and that our wishes can inspire everyone to build a future where no child trembles in their home, where no playground is empty, and where every heart feels safe. We believe that together, we can imagine a world filled with joy, friendship, and hope. And we promise to keep dreaming, hoping, and sharing, until the world finally listens.
