A Journey Beyond Imagination -Ekramul Haque Nayan
Imagine waking up one morning and finding that the world around you had completely changed. The sky is no longer blue—it shimmers in shades of purple and gold. The trees whisper secrets in a language only the wind understands. And instead of birds chirping, tiny flying fish hum a melody as they glide through the air. Welcome to the Strange World—a place where the impossible becomes real!
The Land of Upside-Down Waterfalls
Our adventure begins in the Misty Mountains, where waterfalls do not flow downwards but upwards! Imagine standing near a river, watching water leap into the sky instead of tumbling down rocks. The locals here, a friendly group of long-eared creatures called Flippers, use floating umbrellas to ride the streams upward, waving at each other mid-air.
“I once dropped my hat in the river,” chuckles an elderly Flipper named Mogo. “It didn’t sink—it floated straight into the clouds!”
No one really knows how these waterfalls defy gravity, but the Flippers believe a mischievous cloud spirit plays tricks on the rivers for fun. What do you think? Maybe the water just wants to touch the stars!
The Forest of Talking Trees
Next, we step into the Whispering Woods, where the trees are alive—not just in the way all trees are, but in a way where they actually talk! The branches rustle with excitement as you walk past.
“Ah! A new visitor!” a massive oak tree exclaims, shaking its golden leaves. “Tell us, young traveler, what dreams do you carry in your heart?”
The trees here love hearing stories. They remember everything ever told to them, and if you listen carefully, you might hear echoes of long-lost legends. The ground is soft, covered with a carpet of glowing moss that changes colors depending on your mood. If you’re happy, it glows bright blue. If you’re sleepy, it turns a soothing green. What color do you think it would be if you were feeling mischievous?
The Floating City of Bubbleopolis
After leaving the magical forest, we find ourselves in the air! But wait—there’s no ground beneath us! We have entered Bubbleopolis, a floating city where people live inside giant, floating bubbles that drift with the wind. Each house is a different color and shape, and some even sparkle like diamonds.
The people of Bubbleopolis wear special magnetic shoes that help them walk on invisible paths in the sky. “It’s quite easy to live in the clouds,” a cheerful boy named Zilo tells us. “We just have to be careful not to sneeze too hard, or we might pop our houses!”
But don’t worry—the bubbles here never pop unless someone wants them to. And if you need to get from one house to another, you can hop into a tiny air balloon or ride on a floating jellyfish! Would you like to live in a city that floats?
The Land of Time-Travelling Clocks
Our journey takes another wild turn when we step into the Valley of Echoes, where giant clocks of all shapes and sizes tick and tock in harmony. But these aren’t ordinary clocks—they have the power to send you forward or backward in time! The clocks don’t just tell time, they control it.
A wise old inventor, Professor Tick-Tock, greets us with a friendly grin. “Be careful which clock you touch,” he warns, pointing to a golden one with swirling hands. “This one can send you to the future where people ride on robotic dinosaurs!”
If you choose another clock, you might end up in the past, witnessing ancient cities built of crystal or watching the first sunrise ever seen on this world. Time moves strangely here, and if you’re not careful, you might meet an older version of yourself before you even grow up!
The Ocean That Sings
Finally, we reach the end of our adventure at the Melodic Ocean, where the waves don’t just crash against the shore—they sing! Every time the water moves, it hums a different tune. Some waves sound like a lullaby, while others roar like a grand symphony.
The fish here glow like lanterns, and the dolphins can perform musical notes by clicking their fins together. “If you listen closely,” says a wise sea turtle, “you might hear the ocean sing a song just for you.”
The water changes color depending on the song, turning pink for a happy tune and silver for a sad melody. Some say the ocean is alive, telling stories through its waves. What kind of song do you think it would sing to you?
Returning Home
As our adventure comes to an end, the Strange World begins to fade. The sky slowly turns back to its familiar blue, the trees in your backyard stop whispering, and the birds return to chirping instead of humming. But something feels different—you have seen wonders beyond imagination, and now, the world around you seems just a little more magical than before.
Maybe, just maybe, if you listen closely to the wind or stare long enough at the clouds, you’ll find a doorway back to the Strange World, waiting for you to return.
