Dear thinkers
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah. Hope the issue will find you well in March — a month of our march towards the independence in 1971. As proud Bangladeshis, we need to know how tall the country stands out in the global arena at the age 50. The country can compare it with other nations like Qatar, Bahrain etc which became independence in and around this time or it can compare with the nations in the South Asia like Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka etc. In how many indexes does the country is cruising to the top as a better nation and which indexes are exposing it as one of the worst performer countries in the world. In different times different indexes are published as these pieces of information are not made public at a time or place. So these pieces of information snowballed into a full cover story though we haven’t got all the information about all the indexes and all about Bangladesh. As many as 30 indexes could be divulged from different media, so a partial study could be done and an article could be furnished thereby.
