Poem
Brothers
-Kazi Falguni Eshita
They say, sometimes being a sister
Is better than being a princess.
They say, brothers are superheroes
I agree, they’re certainly no less.
He’ll fight with her, he might make her cry
But to bring her down? That he’ll never try.
She’s his shield, while he works as her sword
The bond between them, is tough as an iron chord.
She won’t let him break, he won’t let her fall
Together, they’re strongest of them all.
O Right and Wrong
-Rafia Jannat
O right and wrong!
Please detach from each other
Take place in a blank page
Having the opposite rank.
Then every iota of truth
And every iota of error
Yawn in your internal affiliation.
Ire grizzles the canvas of mind
And dims all the hue,
We become blind.
Anger-the illusion of satan!
The flow of situation
Entangles between self sin and antagonish existences.
Then, coreless fire burns the peace,
Occupying no reason.
So please awake
And draw up the separation.
Song that I sing
-Golam Kibria
I sing the way cuckoo sings
The way horse neigh
The way raining down
The way mankind scream.
Eco will come catch my song
Temple-bell! Ding-Dong
How beautiful the mountain height
Beyond imagine our creator’s might.
Moonlight night! Showing dim light
Cockroaches! Searching foods are in fight
Half-moon! Her beauty is knight
Sleeping birds! Preparing for tomorrow’s
fight.
Song that I sing, my beloved’s dream
Song that I sing, mankind’s pill
Don’t go back to sleep, try to take heal
Your worldly life is not only for meal
The way I sing, nobody can bring
The singer like my mind, where will you find
As I am blind.
