In the light of the Holy Hadith
Dear brothers and sister,
It doesn’t matter whether we are students, teachers, CEOs, doctors, imams, engineers, parents, sons or daughters; we are all responsible for being leaders. Because, the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH), said: “All of you are shepherds and each of you is responsible for his flock.” So, all of us need to understand and live out the principles of leadership.
Everything rises and falls on leadership. When leadership is great, success inevitably follows. Likewise, when leadership is poor, failure inevitably follows. A great leader creates confidence, but a bad leader creates fear. A great leader corrects mistakes, but a bad leader fixes blame. A great leader asks questions, but a bad leader knows all. For this reason, a great leader makes success, but a bad leader falls in failure. If you take some examples of successful countries, communities, businesses or mosques, you will find the direction of the great leader that orchestrated their success.
Great leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example. A great leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. He is one who produces other leaders multiples their influences. If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a great leader.?
A great leader is inspirational and motivational. He encourage others to become the best version of themselves. He has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent. So, let’s try to be a good and great leader to change our world.
