Assalamu alaikum. Hope you are fine, so are we. June is becoming harsh day by day with high temperature, thanks to climate change, consumerism and hedonism. Down the history many tragic incidents took place in this month. Nawab Sirajuddowla’s defeat in the battle of Plassey on 23rd June is one of them. It set the sun of independence of India. Once again it became a month of loss and death when Muhammad Ali Clay died on the 3rd of June. So we wrote an obituary on the greatest icon of the modern world. He made the difference between clerical leadership and innovative leadership. When Muslim world usually gets administrative officers as their leaders but Muhammad Ali was different. Muslims needed someone heavyweight and vocal as their leader in the last decades and they got it in like Muhammad Ali. Hope the obituary will be worthy of reading.

The insecurity in this time is prevalent. Killings, maiming, forced disappearances, rapes are on the rise. It is an everyday and everybody’s concern. None is safe now in this society, be s/he child or adult or the old people. Particularly children are vulnerable and becoming victimized quite often. So whenever you venture out please check the safety issues and measures. In such a situation you can’t be rustic or simple rather you should be a bit critical to judge the every situation properly so that you can take prudent decision, look before you leap and stay safe.
