The Essence of the Holy Qur’an

Allah is not heedless about the activities of evil-doers

And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror]. Racing ahead, their heads raised up, their glance does not come back to them, and their hearts utterly void. (Surah No. 14, Ibrahim, Verse No. 42-43)

Not a single action is hidden from Allah
Dear brothers and sister, Allah the Al-Mighty in the above two verses gives general instruction regarding the principle of His course of action against the people who are doing unjust in the society and every where of human life. The evildoers or wrongdoers are cautioned by Allah that if there is some delay in the punishment of the unbelievers, it should not be deemed that Allah is heedless or unaware of their activities. Remember! Not a single action, big or small is hidden from Allah the Al-Mighty. Of course, it is not habit of Allah to seize the criminals at once and destroy them. He gives respite to the worst transgressor that they may either refrain from committing crimes, or in the committing of crimes they may reach that border where legally there remains no doubt in their  deserving the punishment. It is also quite evident that the promise of Allah made to believers will also come true, and all those who oppose the believers will be destroyed.

The condition of the evil-doers on the Day of Judgment
On the Day of Resurrection in extreme embarrassment, terror and amazement the evil-doers will come with heads raised up and with eyes staring. The eyes will not move from the vision, they will be looking at one side overwhelmed with terror; the eyes will not twinkle, and the hearts shall be flown in extreme terror and desperate, empty of consciousness or comprehension and hope for betterment. In short, for the wrong doers that time will be exceedingly sorrowful. On the other hand at the same time the believers will not grieve in that supreme horror and the angels will greet them.
